Very very rude Kat ?the manager?! We went in at 19:50 to buy cat food and we saw a cute fish we wanted to buy. When I approached the till she was already moaning to her colleagues and basically said she couldn?t give me the fish because she didn?t have enough time! Fair enough, but she could?ve told me in a nicer way not ?ehm it?s 10 to 8 you should come earlier if you want to buy a fish, we are closing!?. A simple ?I?m afraid, I can?t right now because of the time, please come back tomorrow? would have been nice! Pets at Home in Chester closes at 8 on a Monday, not 19:50!

Always there getting loads of stuff for my dog, i also take my dog there to get her groomed, the people in pets are home are always there to give me advice on my dog when I need it.

Yesterday we saw a hamster for adoption, so we went and bought the exact cage the store told us to buy, alongside everything else, went back today to collect the lil thing and was told that cage isn't suitable even though it's one of their own that we where told to buy..the one listed on their website for a syrian hamster!!
waste of over money and time staff clearly have no idea on their own requirements.

Bought 9 fish, after bringing them home noticed white spots on most of them, after 3-4 days 6 of then died. This never happened buying fish from different places. Never buy anything again from that shop.
