I've been quite a few of your stores but my goodness walked into this store today
We were practically pounced on by the manager asking what we wanted to look at
No chance to look around felt overly rushed
Items couldn't be found
So a list of items we were going to buy we left with 2

I had the most amazing experience in this store on Monday. A young lady named Ellie served us with nothing but professional kindness. She was so patient and talked us through everything. She even looked up stock in our local store and wrote down the code for the item. She gave me advice on cleaning my jewellery, and complimented what I had and showed me her own. She talked up the cleaning product, but I didn?t feel pressured to buy it. I purchased it and it?s been amazing! Ellie you are amazing!! Thank you so much again for your help

Recent Christmas shopping trip to Chester. Worse experience in all the shops I visited. Walked in and felt very rushed. No time for browsing, asked straight away what I wanted then escorted to the desk with a few charms shoved in front of me. My husband even tried to point a charm out to me that he thought I might like for myself and the assistant just said, yeah it?s that one. Also found him extremely unhelpful with the packing up process. You either pay for the new packaging or get a little cardboard box shown to you and get told, that?s all you get now! This experience actually ruined part of my day!
