I was referred to optical express by a work colleague who had had replacement lens surgery in February this year and she couldn?t stop raving about the results..
I decided to take the plunge and get mine done and can?t recommend optical express enough .. I had my initial appointment in Chester and they were absolutely brilliant from the start .. to the end as were Liverpool and Manchester clinics
My eyes ? are 100% better and I have no need for my glasses anymore .

Arrived just 5 minutes late for my appointment and was told someone else had been taken ahead of me ? fair enough. I completed the pre-screening and was then left waiting for another 30 minutes in the waiting area. Eventually, the optometrist, Giles Turner, came out and informed me there would be an additional 45-minute delay.
He initially offered the option to come back later that day, only to backtrack moments later and say they were fully booked. The next available appointment? Five weeks away.
There appears to be zero flexibility or contingency for minor delays, which is both unrealistic and frustrating. Be warned: if you?re even slightly late, you risk losing your slot entirely ? with no reasonable accommodation.

If you?re looking to get better vision, I would highly recommend Optical Express I was long sighted, had significant astigmatism in both eyes, and the start of cataracts, one month later from Lens implant surgery, I have better than normal eyesight and is only getting better, thanks to the staff and surgical team in Liverpool Clinic and staff at follow up appointment in Chester.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I was nervous about having the invasive multi focal lens replacement but all the staff at Optical Express, both Chester and Liverpool put my mind at ease were extremely professional. My eye health/ vision was fully monitored pre , during and post procedure. The aftercare service is thorough and my eye vision post surgery is better than 20/20. Wish I had gone through with the procedure 10years ago. No more glasses for me. Highly recommend Optical Express.

From the first time I meet the staff at Chester the service was more than I would have expected, the only down side was the travelling, first Chester then Liverpool then to Manchester but the service and the treatment was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Initially, I just wanted to see how much laser eye surgery would cost for my slightly complex prescription. It was very affordable, especially with the discount.

Having had my lenses changed in my eyes by Vision Express i can?t express how happy i am with my new sight. It?s so lovely to get up in the morning and be able to see. No glasses or contacts. From my first appointment for my consultation to my treatment I am so happy with everything. I would highly recommend.
