Ordered on Deliveroo and got our 8 pack of kitKats substituted. They have us 1 KitKat chunky!! 1 chocolate bar to substitute 8. What a joke!

The staff working today in the afternoon , in my opinion they were two ladies who were rude and not professional at all . They do not understand great costumer service and be helpful . I agree with the recents reviews were also mentions how the staff is not the best .

7 boxes of Journey Together Pokémon all opened, so somebody within the business is clearly weighing packs and selling the lower-weight packs to unassuming members of the public. This will be reported to One Stop head office, as there is no need for 7 boxes to be open at the same time.

Constantly being a screw up of a shop that hires lazy workers that want to close an HOUR early and hide in the backroom and ignore customers waiting outside. if u want to close at 9pm not 10pm STATE THAT or sort ur shoddy workers out.

The staff here utterly suck at picking orders either that or they are actively trying to rip customers off by packing the smallest size when you order the largest. Once or twice I?d believe it was a mistake but constantly? No. That?s trying it on. Be warned.

a male worker, quite large in weight and incredibly rude, followed us home through the alleys accusing us of stealing a plastic bag ? threw it into his hands because i couldn?t be bothered arguing but maybe suggest to your workers not to follow students home, shocking and weird get a grip

Notoriously breaking the rules described on the Evri website. The customer service in the shop is useless and rude. They should be scrapped the license of having the Evri drop off here. I will certainly notify the company about it.

Lady behind the counter spoke to me like a piece of rubbish on the date 1/3/22 at 4pm just so you can narrow it down to who. All I wanted to do was bring back a ASOS parcel and it said I didn?t need to print anything off I just needed to show them the QR code and they would do the rest and she said that no I needed to go print off a label myself. I?ve had a bad couple of days and the way she snapped at me in front of other customers made me feel like rubbish when I literally was only following what it said to do on the ASOS website. She pointed to the back of the shop and shooed me off to print it myself to she could serve the customer behind me. I left the shop and had to get my boyfriend to come back to do it for me because I just wanted to leave. Very unprofessional and seems like she has no care for people?s feelings
