After purchasing 2 Apple Watches I discovered that my number had not been ported and I was now paying for 3 accounts . It was further complicated by the fact that one of these accounts was a business account . I went into the shop and Jack from O2 took over the task of porting my number from business and setting up the watch . The service he provided was first class and he simplified the whole process

I was going to leave a nice review via the o2 link, however it says my session has expired. Instead I will leave it here.
I think the guy's name is Jake. He was very friendly and helpful. Came in quite a few times as I had issue with my sim card not working. Decided to get a new contract in the end and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. All I staff members I spoke to were great.

Wow wow wow. I can't thank Jack enough. I visited the store withy mum who wanted to transfer everything from her old phone to her new phone with O2. This was a terrifying thought for her as she was so worried about loosing all her photos and texts from my late sister who passed away. JACK gave my mum the confidence to transfer the data but also took the time to explain how to use the new phone. JACK you are amazing and I will be forever thankful. It is very rare to.find someone with such good people.skills and empathy these days so again thank you
