Really not happy. I have cancelled my order as meant to be next day delivery and they were sending me between o2 customer service to shop several times still without the actual phone week after. When I had enough I decided to cancel my order and member of staff shouted from the other end of the shop that they don't cancel it in the shop and after when he done it for me, I was keep receiving details I did not collected my phone from store, and I received a charge from my contract 2 weeks later. Still waiting for a reply from my complaint

Would like to thank the staff in the O2 shop on Eastgate Street, Chester for helping me today. I was waiting for an important phone call with only 15% battery. I was stranded for six hours with no access to a charger & they came to my aid. @O2
