I asked at the pharmacy last Thursday for my repeat prescription. I went in today to collect my pills but was told they were not ready as the Handbrige Med Center had not signed off the request. I went to the center and was told that a request had just arrived so the delay was the fault of the pharmacy. Everyone can make a mistake but to tell a blatant lie is unacceptable. I hope my prescription will be available tomorrow.

Very poor service, I?ve changed my Nominated pharmacy. And people complain about Pharmacies going out of Business. Maybe if you treated your patients who have extremely serious Illnesses with prescriptions that are more Important than gaviscon & corn plasters & At times in need of emergencies, not to mention charging patients £5 for a Delivery. Maybe your Chemist wouldn?t be At risk!!

Small pharmacy and shop. Customer service from the staff is great, the pharmacist is not so friendly and has also dispensed the incorrect items. Waiting times seem to be OK but can be quite long if the pharmacist is busy dispensing blister packs.Limited parking outside and entrance is not suited for anyone with mobility requirements. Located in handbridge village.

Dreadful pharmacy, the pharmacist there is arrogant beyond belief not to mention unhelpful, personally I will never step foot in the place again I always thought your local pharmacist was there to help not this guy he?s not interested. Never again.
