I went in to next today with my hearing dog who was wearing a harness, clearly labelled hearing dog. And was greeted by a very rude lady shop assistant in the men's department who shouted at me to get my dog out of the store.i tried to explain that i am hard of hearing, but she didnt listen and i had to leave the storeThis store is not very disability friendly . Iv been in other next store with no problem..

Good selection of menswear.
Helpful shop assistant who brought out several pairs of swimwear I asked to look at that wasn?t on the shelf and even checked stock online for me. Great customer service.

Got greeted at the till by Tracey (Karen of Next) to be told my gift receipt was worthless without the orginal receipt and she couldn't get any information for the jumper I bought pre Xmas for £42 and was trying to tell me in front of other customers that I had paid £19.50 as it was now in the sale. I was made to feel like I was pulling a fast one, and was told on numerous occasions to be quiet and let her speak (after trying to argue my case) Told that I had to go and get the original receipt. This woman was training (wrongly) another girl at the time. I went to another shop and got talking to another worker about this and they explained they could get all information from a gift receipt as that is the point of them. I went back to next and spoke to another lady manager and explained and I was told that Tracey (Karen) was totally wrong and the kind lady sorted for me with no issues at all. I am in the process of making a formal complaint about Tracey attitude and unwillingness to work with customers... would probably be more suited to working in a prison with that attitude. One star review for the attitude as I'm happy to fight my corner, but God help them if it was an old age pensioner or someone who wouldnt have questioned this and accepted the £22.50 loss on what we paid originally. 5 stars for the lady who resolved our issue and was vwry apologetic.

Great store, love the clothing and the home range. This particular store loses 2 stars due to the inefficiency when collecting click and collect deliveries with my next order. Nearly every time it takes longer than it would to go and buy it in the shop!
