I bought two trousers from the Next store in Chester three weeks ago. After wearing one, the stitching started coming apart, so I returned it. The staff member upstairs was polite but offered a refund without suggesting an exchange or alternatives. When I asked, she checked and said only one size 38 was left, and that it couldn?t be reordered as it was out of season. I asked about similar options, but she didn?t make any real effort to help. I later found another pair myself, but it had the same fault. When I tried to show her, she kept walking and dismissed it as a factory issue.
It?s disappointing when customers make the effort to shop in-store instead of online, only to be met with unhelpful service. I?ll definitely think twice before shopping at the Chester Next store again.

Not sure what to rate this, but just putting this out there. I'm a North Wales local and somehow this branch sells the same items for a higher price than the Bangor/Llandudno branches? Strange
