An amazing range of clothes with tons of sale / reduced/ clearance. Would be worth the ordeal of queuing in the stuffy heat if they would put more than a single team member on the till if required. We saw a couple of customers give up, dump their items and just walk out. We saw more we liked as we left but no way we were going through that again. Such a waste.

Good service however long wait even when there is no queue, i understand this is sometimes difficult customers.I was asked to scan a code and fill out a survey so I did, they then asked me to hand my phone over them (staff member on the till) so they could fill out a customer service survey for me because it was long and they could do it quicker for me. I was very confused and shocked to be honest and just went along with it, but it did make me uncomfortable and I regretted handing it over immediately.They then replied to my customer feedback thanking me even though they filled it out on my behalf so I didn?t have a choice of what feedback to give? Very strange behavior. I have tried to delete it since but you can?t, just be aware of this and refuse when asked to scan a code.

Nice clothing store in Chester.Not a bad assortment. The store has a department of clothing, shoes, accessories and a department for teenagers and children (but very few) and everything is only for women/girls and children.Other nearby cities like Ellesmere Port and Liverpool also have men's departments. Prices are generally acceptable.There are often discounts.There was always good service.

I asked for a paper receipt as it's a gift and almost got refused one. I'm not going here for gifts anymore unless you can guarantee paper ones going forward. I am a guy so I need paper ones. I'm not going here anymore just because of this... Sad news :( (tried to force me to give my email) (sad for older people with no email)

The worst shopping experience I?ve had in years. I was in the changing room rushing as I was aware the shop was closing although staff had not said anything. My mum went off to the till to save time and the lady covering the changing room was aware of this. A couple of minutes later there was a shouting through the curtain telling me to leave and I was shocked this was at me again she told me in a rude manner asking me to go to the tills I then said my mum has gone to pay and the other lady knows this. She then shouted at me to get dressed aggressively and treated me like a child. Emily is a disgrace to the store and should not be working retail an unpleasant member of staff and a let down to the brand.
