I asked for a paper receipt as it's a gift and almost got refused one. I'm not going here for gifts anymore unless you can guarantee paper ones going forward. I am a guy so I need paper ones. The worst shopping experience I?ve had in years. I was in the changing room rushing as I was aware the shop was closing although staff had not said anything. My mum went off to the till to save time and the lady covering the changing room was aware of this. A couple of minutes later there was a shouting through the curtain telling me to leave and I was shocked this was at me again she told me in a rude manner asking me to go to the tills I then said my mum has gone to pay and the other lady knows this. She then shouted at me to get dressed aggressively and treated me like a child. Emily is a disgrace to the store and should not be working retail an unpleasant member of staff and a let down to the brand.

Mainly good for basics, have some absolute gems, reasonable prices, AMAZING for shoes (has a good range) and don't recommend buying jeans from new look

Staff are rude ?that?s not my problem? is a very poor attitude to have when working in retail/customer services! Especially when discussing a faulty product!

Really good clothes shop. Caters for the whole family.. shoes coats clothes. Accessories are all available. No parking. Wheel chair access lift.. escalators.
