First of all I would like to make you all aware that we started off at Nando?s broughton and was greeted with the most worst news one hungry man could hear ? we?ve got no garlic bread? I you can imagine I fell to my knees in disappointment, we then decided to go to Chester Nando?s and we told them all about the experience we had just been though, they were very supportive and sat me down with a cold flannel and cradled me, they then brought me out some garlic bread to cheer me up! CHESTER NANDOS IS THE ONE!

I am 4 months pregnant and called up for some advice on the coleslaw to see if the eggs were pasteurised (like any pregnant women would wonder before eating). The lady in the phone was so miserable and rude. She answered with ?not sure? and made me feel stupid for asking such an important question. This is so unprofessional for a big food chain. Train your staff some customer service

Had a last minute late dinner here at the end of August and can?t praise it enough! The food tastes better than other Nando?s. I made a mistake with ordering the wrong Halloumi sticks and they refunded me the difference whilst still serving the initial order. My child had a problem with the taste of his chicken and they readily cooked him another portion. Very attentive and personal service that made our first visit to Chester positive! Thank you ?

Bottles of tomato ketchup were nearly emptied

That wasn't my case at all. The staff was unfriendly when ordering. Tables weren't cleared for a long time, although there was time to chat, the presentation of the food on the plate wasn't nice...
The portion size was ok and the taste of the chicken and rice was okay. The cole slaw, not so much.
The cola you pour yourself had hardly any carbonation.
I've been there, but I'm not going back.

Slow service. Put me in the back of the place having said they will look for a table despite 4 empty tables in the front of the restaurant.
Only one till so when customer in front taking 10mins to decide their order no one else was taking orders.
Food was fine.
