Really nice place to eat. We had tasty mussels, for vegetarian food we chosed some starters and had a kids meal with crispy chicken... the staff was very friendly, the food was served fast und the ambiente was lovely.

Beautiful little restaurant with a fantastic ambience.
The staff were very attentive as a couple of us had food allergies which were catered to with no problem as everything was cooked fresh .
Duncan was a great host and the staff were fabulous and welcoming.
I am looking forward to returning when I next visit my son in Chester.

You must try Lobster Friday on the last Friday of the month. Freshly sourced from Anglesey, the claws come de-shelled; so diners who don't want to get their hands dirty can easily eat 90% of the meat, while people like me can pick at the other 10% while the lobster is still warm!

Really good food and great service. Various mussel dishes but lots of other things on the menu. The sharing boards are really large, so you probably don?t need a starter. Very professional and attentive service. Lovely chilled atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

Has to be the best small restaurant in chester. If you like mussels this is the go to place. Great menu but the mussels are fantastic.

Excellent food, good mix of seafood (mussels obviously a speciality), meat (we shared a meat board, with steak, chicken and meatballs) and great kids menu (seafood linguine a massive hit!). Good value, we went at a quiet time but the service was friendly and fast. Will return!

Delicious mussels. Lots of options (we had the Thai and the Harlech) and on 2-4-1 Tuesday a great deal. Friendly and helpful service too. Thoroughly recommend.

Made use of the lunch 2 course menu and was really impressed with the pate and traditional mussels accompanied by a bottle of rose! Staff were really attentive and atmosphere was lovely
