I have always had a good experience here. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly. They processed an emergency prescription for me and handed it to me in minutes.

Poor service- 4 members of staff but only 1 serving. Waited 10mins and ask if someone else could come service us to be told ?No?. No explanation, clearly can?t be bothered.

Can't fault morrisons pharmacy they were excellent and went above and beyond to get my emergency prescription

Apart from nice pharmacist, the staff never smile,
They talk to customers as minimalist and as they have been forced to work.
If staff shortage, Morrisons should employ more people
I have stopped going to Morrisons party because of the above and partly because compared with other grocery stores, Morrisons is much more expensive.

Couldn't contact the store about my granddaughter's lost purse. Rang the pharmacy and explained what had happened. I was told they're not allowed to pass messages on. Not even for a heartbroken 7yr old who had lost all her Christmas money? Absolutely disgraceful! I had to go to the store when I should have been in work. Thankfully a very kind lady had handed it in.
