Thought I would update my review on my experience in store saltney at approx 6pm on Monday.Worse than the last time I reviewed.The store is so cluttered at the entrance not because of the barriers because of the stacks of untidy promotions clothing rail baskets and bakery products.Store had so much cardboard on the shelf in areas it was hard to shop.I only did a basket shop for £65 mostly fresh products the quality was quite good but availability was OK fruit and veg was tidy and non clutteredI am a disabled wheelchair user so space is importantAt the basket self scan the gap is small my husband had to push me as I was concerned I may take the fixture with me.The exit to the self scan had 2 full basket collection trollies giving just enough room to get an able bodied person through. A very nice member of staff noted I was there and moved before I had to ask thank you.

Wr have yet to go this cafe and have a good experience. 30 mins wait again today, so we left. When the food arrives its awful. Why people still go here is beyond me, more importantly they just shouldn't have a cafe as useless as that!

What a faff it is getting some food In the cafe, You have to find a table, get the number, go back to where you came in and order your food on the screen and pay, then go make your cuppa, then go to your table, And hope no one else is sat on it, bit of a pain in the backside if you are on your own, no customer service, food is cheap enough and OK, Also the manned tills have covid screens up, and you can't have any conversation with who is working, again customer seems to be an after thought, I have only been here twice and neither time was it good.
