Went to McDonald?s for a milkshake. Machine's broken. Again. Pretty sure that milkshake machine has more vacation days than I do. Five stars for consistency ? not in service, just in disappointment.

I live in California and believe it or not I was so looking forward to a Big Mac in the UK. For some reason, I think they are better and it's probably the meat. Well, I could barely hold my burger without it sliding apart. It was like someone had spilled the secret sauce into my burger and that's all I could taste. I should have taken it back but I didn't so my bad and I do take some responsibility to give them a chance to correct it. I think the bottom line and what annoys me is that someone thinks that this is ok to serve someone. I usually love the food but this time it was a human error that I didn't and they didn't seem to mind. Rant over.

A Decent McDonalds out of all the previous ones I've been to, open 24/7 and your order always comes hot and freshly made.
Becky the night manager always goes out of her way to serve you (no matter how busy they are)
She is friendly and professional and is the perfect example of how a McDonald's manager should operate?
I rate this particular Branch 5 out of 5 for its taste, efficiency and cleanliness.
