A really lovely experience today in Lush's Chester store with Rachel. She is a real credit to the stores customer service provider. I had awonderful hand and arm massage from her. Staff members like her makes the experience more special. Thanks Rachel! x

Went in to Lush Chester branch yesterday 23/7/25 and was given fantastic customer service.Cat was so lovely and helpful and i managed to get the products i needed. She popped my e mail in and i was given a discount and some face masks to sample.fab person who deserves to get a shout out. ??

Good selection of products in store with testers available, always a friendly staff member welcoming you in if you need any assistance.
However, I've been shopping here for years and the only issue I've encountered today is the lady with piercings and long straight black hair was really rude and unprofessional to us when enquiring about the lush rewards app (accusing us of taking a screenshot of the reward when we were clearly showing her flipping through the lush app). In the end we were unable to use the £3 off credit (thanks to the other lovely lady on till for being patient and looking into the matter) so really disappointed with our shop today however thankful as always for the kind patient staff as a customer with additional needs.

Where do I start? I?m a huge lush fan but rarely get the time to visit these days! During our holiday to Chester we popped in to Lush, and as always greeted with a warm welcome. To my surprise we ended up having a core holiday memory while visiting this branch, Kat the assistant couldn?t have been more friendly, fun or attentive. What a beautiful human she was! Nothing was too much while creating such fun with our daughter Willow, it put the biggest smile on all our faces and this will now be a holiday tradition while in Chester (hopefully she?s still there). Willow our daughter had an absolute ball. The casual demonstration of the products which to my surprise I didn?t know about was fantastic, she was so knowledgeable and not at all pushy! My husband for once wasn?t hinting to leave the shop haha which speaks volumes as he hates shopping - she deserves an award! Can?t thank the team here enough for everything during this visit and I hope this reaches her, we won?t forget this experience and are extremely grateful. The world needs more people like her! I visited the Chester shop and was met by a lovely assistant called Betty, she was so pleasant and helpful. She asked what I was looking for. I wanted something for my face, hands & body. She showed me some products & how to use them, demonstrating each one.I bought the products, used them and they made my skin feel so fresh & moisturised. Thank you Betty ?

Staff are always lovely. Dharma did a sticky dates scrub and lotion demo on me and it was unreal. They were very friendly and not pushy at all. Will be going back to see Dharma and get some more of their recommendations! Thank you so much x
