I visited the branch office today and met with the nice officer,Claire! She was very helpful starting from very early second and she tried her best to assist me while opening a new account.Thank you to her a lot for her patience and professional approach.

Young female cashier on till very abrupt, unfriendly and rude. Tapping on pin pad instead of advising customer ( who has banked with you for over 60 years) to input pin number. No smile or offer of additional help. Very poor service from Lloyds bank.

Went to this branch to take out larger sums of money twice. On both occasions I ordered the money in the morning and came to collect it later as agreed. What you?d think would be a seamless process turned into staff staring at me and my partner from the moment we entered the bank. Then, after 20 minutes of waiting a staff member brought a chunky envelope and handed it to me in front of other people sitting around. She then also wasn?t discreet to say that this is so much money they don?t keep that in the till so this is why we had to wait. The money wasn?t counted in front of me either. On other occasion when collecting the cash, the staff member had an attitude giving me my cash, interrogating me with multiple questions including what my nationality was. She also scanned my personal id documents and made me feel like I was a criminal. And again, all the cash was pulled out on the counter, in front of all other people for them to see how much money I?ll be carrying. Absolute lack of professionalism and horrible attitude from staff members. Moving all my and my partners accounts to another bank due to this experience.

Had personal account for 21 years with no single default payments. But closed account without any notice and both branch and customer service doing a shuttle each other and wasted 4-5 days and off no use. Heart broken for a loyal customer .

My mother went in to make an appointment for my sister and I to go in with her to move some funds, she's 80 and we have LPA. They talked her into opening a Bond. No papers, nothing. She's confused as to how much was transferred and at what rate. Disgraceful

Good luck trying to get served by anyone. If you think of depositing cheques with the self-service machine you're probably just going to hear lots of annoying beeping sounds and you'll end up having to queue for 7 hours anyway...
