Just so helpful and understanding. I hadn?t booked and they were really busy but needed my wheels balanced. The young lady said she would do eveshe could to try and fit it in. Came back to find the job done by an also really helpful man. Thank you

Easy registration for an MOT, though had to wait a week for availability. Got good reminder texts and emails. Friendly staff, who didn?t mind that I was 10 minutes late because of traffic (well, 15 altogether if you count the 5 minutes I should have arrived ahead of time, which was really stressing me out on the way). It took 45 minutes so I went round the corner to the old Chester shops for some window shopping and a coffee. Friendly staff, all of them. Recommended.

booked for a tyre to be changed on my daughters car on Saturday at 08.45
Arrived at 08.30 when they opened to be told it would be around an hour. Disappointing as chose them because of time
Went for a walk around chester came back at 09.15 to be told tyre was done
went to the car and obvious tyre had not been changed. Went back and told the guy it had not been changed.
I stated three times it was the passenger rear as it had a nail in it, including as I left the office, I turned around and re-iterated the passenger rear.
I was told the fitter changed the front tyre as it had the least tread on
I restated I need the back tyre changing. He suggested putting the worn tyre from the front onto the back. I said no, I want what I asked for , a new tyre on the back
He then said they would take the new tyre off the front and put it on the back, and then put the old tyre back on the front.
What a joke, they knew I was pushed for time. I could not deal with this so told them to put a new tyre on the back, which cost me a further £120. The whole offering was disgusting.
They were either incompetent, or as some said who I told the story to, They scammed me, doing it deliberately, who knows, but awful experience

The guys in here are fantastic. Great service, brilliant with customers and really care about getting the job done well and in a timely manner. I also have to give a shout out to Antony who was a real star. Thank you guys for being so amazing. I would highly recommend this shop.

Brilliant, trustworthy, honest service. After Halfords auto service said my tyre couldn?t be repaired even though the screw was in the centre & nowhere near the side wall. They just wanted to sell me a new tyre, didn?t even look at it after having the car for two hours!
Took it to quick fit repaired with 90mins unbelievable honest service.

Great to have ability to book timeslot. I needed to change relatively last minute, which was accommodated - smoothly and with no fuss. Dropped car off at allotted time - process again trouble free. Picked up car one hour later, as advised - job completed, all documentation prined immediately. Good job.
