Customer service is dire in this shop !! . It was more important to the staff to put t,shirts on hangers while glaring at you than to serve , I put the stuff back , will never go there again .

Went today on a bank holiday. Was minding my own business ??shopping?? As you do and someone took my clothes off me as I was still shopping and said ??I?ll put them at the till for you?? acting like I was going to steal them? The amount of looks and staff pretending to fix clothes and watch me for a further 15 minutes was horrible. Anxiety through the roof! Purchased another 2 pair of shoes and oh my the looks off the female staff guarding the doors? as if I?m going to walk out with 2 different right footed shoes. Felt amazing going to the till and paying in full. Felt even better press inf? when asked ??how was your service today?? absolute fools. Keep fixing clothes and stacking shelves Karen??

Male staff and girl at front desk were lovely, however as we was leaving we saw some female staff glaring and whispering in our direction, extremely unprofessional

Marcus welcomed me to store today and his service was exceptional. He assisted me with the purchase of some new balance trainers which I?m very happy with. His customer service was brilliant. Thank you Marcus.

Only reason for one ? is because I need to sort the pricing on clothes in siop.i went in there today picked a napapijri coat which said was £125 picked another up £140. They had rubbed the £125 in black marker pen and put a new sticker on it £140. Wasn't happy atoll false advertisement your not supposed to do that.if it's priced on the coat at ££125 that's how much it' should be. Rip off merchant.has been reported to trading standards.

No answers phones there me and wife tried ringing about a pair of trainers as website ordering broken. Need to check in stock but no answer tried ringing for 25 mins with 2 phones no one answers.
