As I am disabled I could not believe that the manager had filled the disabled changing room with stock and refused to empty it ,as it?s the only room I could fit my wheelchair in,and his attitude was awful,he then told us there was glass all over the floor so we could not enter ,no help at all

I am disappointed with the service in Chester and will not be going back there again.
The girls at the checkout are extremely slow ? even though I wasn't in a hurry, I couldn?t understand how it's possible to be that slow when people only had one or two items to scan. These are young people, but it seems like they either don?t want to work, are still new, or simply don?t care because they?re probably just there temporarily. Top of that, I received two copies of a damaged receipt from my purchase, with a corrupted QR code, which makes it impossible to scan.

Today the 7th of August 2024 I walked into the JD store in Chester. I was treated absolutely marvellously! I purchased a brilliant pair of gray Adidas trainers. Louis who helped me choose the trainers was absolutely Outstanding! And Stephanie who served me with the trainers at the till was absolutely brilliant too! I can't thank you both enough! I was so pleased I walked in the shop today! Amazing! Thank you! ???????

Waited 15 mins for someone to get me the other trainer shop was quiet and staff just standing about in the end I walked out and didn't buy them no wonder the shop is quiet with staff like that so went else where and bought them
