I am a regular (bicycle) customer at Halfords Chester and their customer service is great. The latest example was today when I wasn?t sure I had slow punctures and Declan tested my bike tyres and checked that it wasn?t necessary to replace the inner tubes. Thank you!

Called to the chester store (twice) for a bulb replacement both times (another bulb went on way home) was served on till by Dan (beard) who was friendly, went out of his way to help me as tablets for product checking wasnt working. Got me the correct part with ease. Jake (beard) fitted my replacement bulb and had a chat and was so helpful with some qustions i had. He checked over my BM and gave me some really helpful advice. Both these gents are a credit to the company

Booked a windscreen repair online, and within a couple of days it was done. 30 minutes work, and although not perfect, it is as good as it can be and won?t get any worse. Very happy with the service.

I bought Car Oil and was dealt with poor, unprofessional and uncivilised service. It?s not happened first time. Manger needs to get fired for hiring such people.

No problems attended to and appreciated the custom as a lot of stores treat you like there doing you a favour the only negative could do with a bit more variety of e-bike stock overall good service
