Shocking! My daughter?s car failed a mot on washer pump & side light not working. Said it would cost £200 to replace the bulb as they would have to remove the battery & labour costs. Wanted £200 to replace washer pump. I have just replaced the bulb. Took 5 minutes cost £4.99 for 2 bulbs & didn?t need to remove the battery. Took it elsewhere for mot. They replaced pump & passed mot all for £110! Personally I think this was a disgraceful attempt to take advantage of a young girl. As usual the same cut & paste reply. How about just not ripping customers off? How easy would it be to get a great reputation

Booked online and got an appointment that day. Had an air con check due to going else where and didn?t last. Then they refilled and now it works perfectly. Fast service and friendly and polite when dropping the car off and picking it up.

Never going there ever again a staff member was very rude and started shouting at me only went for my free m.o.t was told I had to pay for a retest because they never did the work on my vehicle as I have my own mechanic who I've known and trusted for years

Having seen the recent poor reviews and my own experiences here I would avoid this garage they dont want to know are quite arsey when you challenge anything ive paid for jobs in the past and they have not been carried out had to get onto the area manager in the past only went back because I had a £15 voucher for the mot they then failed the mot and proceeded to tell me they won't carry out that kinda work/too technical for them there are very good local garages very near by some with exceptional reviews ill be cancelling my motoring club plan ?

Had a free tyres and brakes test, as I particularly wanted to know the condition of the brake discs. Halfords had measured and reported thicknesses of discs, and percentage thickness ?life? remaining. All good. Pity main dealers don?t go into such important detail. Well done Halfords Saughall road Chester.
