Had a great experience with the lovely Erin at H.Samuel - Chester.
Prior to visiting the renowned jeweller's I had spoken to Erin over the phone with regards to an engagement ring I wished to purchase. As it wasn't available in the store Erin requested it sent by courier to Chester and subsequently contacted me once available.
Erin wasn't remotely pushy and took great time assisting me. No pressure, a pleasure to deal with.

Took my ten year-old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time today. Would highly recommended. Very professional service, easily booked online. Clarissa made her feel at ease throughout; she was given plenty of time to choose the pair she wanted, and they took great care to ensure we were happy with the positioning of the piercing prior. My daughter was talked through each step, and the aftercare was explained very well. Thanks for making it such a wonderful experience for her.

Booked an appointment here at Chester through jaz on Thursday 18th July, information was exceptional, went through everything,as this was a surprise gift for our granddaughter for her up + coming birthday, our appointment was Sunday 20th july ,we turned up,granddaughter was a bit apprehensive at first, but Clarissa the store manager was exemplarary,settled her down+ within a couple of minutes, we where pierced.cannot thank them enough,and the best thing, you choose the earrings,then the piercing is FREE, you get all the after care too, cleaning product and info.Thankyou once again for the wonderful service, we will be back in 6 weeks to choose more earrings.

I visited the Chester store today to look for a watch. Emma was professional, friendly and knowledgeable as she helped me me to choose the right one for me, from the several l tried on. She showed me how l could adjust the strap and fitted it for me. I had a coughing fit while l was there and she asked a young man (colleague) to bring a glass of water which he did. A very enjoyable experience.

What amazing service! I popped into the store Saturday last week to see if I could get my wife's engagement ring cleaned before her birthday the following Friday.
The staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough to help me out, Jazmin sorted out a expedited repair service, she was so friendly and helpful, a real credit to the store!
A week later, I'm already in town to take my wife for brunch and the store calls to say the ring is ready! Perfect! Jazmin took care of everything again, and my wife was blown away by how incredible the ring looks!
I proposed 12 years ago with that white gold ring, it had got scratched, tarnished and looked two-tone! But now it looks almost as amazing as it did the day I bought it. Wow.
And only £55 for the speedy recoat and clean!
Il be going again in future to clean the rest of her jewellery, it will save me a fortune instead of buying new ?

My partner & I went to the Chester branch, unsure of what style & material of wedding bands we were after. Grace, was completely amazing, she instantly knew what we were after without us having to ask. She knew my hubbs to be would want either titanium or tungsten due to his job. In my case it was a band that would sit against my engagement ring.
I highly recommend this store as they were helpful, patient & understanding.

I had been struggling to find a wedding ring for my big day for months. I have been turned away by shops and bombarded with rings. My ring isn?t the traditional engagement ring so it?s very hard to find something that fits, which got quite overwhelming when it got to a month before the wedding and I still didn?t have a ring.
However upon entering H Samuel?s in Chester, I was greeted by two lovely ladies, Jaz and Clarissa who were so helpful. Jaz was very knowledgeable she took the time to sit with me and talk about what I had in mind and let me try on a few styles I liked and gave her own input which I really appreciated. When I explained my situation they managed to find me a gorgeous knot style ring that fit perfectly with my ring it was meant to be! I was only met with kindness and patience which I really appreciated! Thank you Jaz and Clarissa for all your help
