I live in London and just popped by to treat myself to some Tempestus Aquilons and the very helpful staff informed me about the lack of Las Pistol option for my kill team. I have been collecting Astra Militarum for years and have spare parts to make up for this. If not for the heads up from the staff, I would have built this kill team all wrong!
Incredibly helpful and friendly! Whenever I am in Chester, you bet I shall be popping by again!

Warhammer store review #1
First Warhammer store I ever went to. The actual store itself is okay. The thing that ruined the experience for me was the staff. You would be able to find someone less eager to help a young person start this hobby. He was also rude and showed no inclination to be helpful. I'm dyslexic and have trouble with words. In his words "It's not that it's this. Just read it". It's a shame that the first Warhammer store I went to is rated so poorly.

Went for a painting session with my daughter and it was excellent. From booking the session using Facebook messenger to the whole experience whilst there, the staff - Emma, Matt and Paul were so helpful, friendly and enthusiastic... my daughter and I loved it.There were young lads in the shop all day playing games and a number of others painting models, checking out what was going on and getting involved - plenty to see to help get you engrossed in the environment. Such a passionate representation of the Warhammer community.My daughter got a model to paint, access to the paints, brushes and tools, and some collectables to take away. She was supported and guided by the staff and what she accomplished whilst there was very impressive.We were there for most of the day (popping out for lunch, drinks and toilet breaks down the road in Costa) and she can't wait to go back - what a great community feeling shop. She also purchased a bunch of items before leaving ready for her next visit.Next time I'd imagine she will book a slot to play a game with her figures and get some insight into the rules and routines from the team there.Great shop to buy from, also a great space to experience Warhammer with staff and visitors that really help bring the universe to life.

Matt from the shop was really helpful and spent time with me and my son to get into the warhammer world. Great shop, welcoming atmosphere and staff really know their stuff!
