Both Emma and her partner (sorry, I didn't catch your name!) were fantastic today. I originally visited on very short notice for some advice on a valentines arrangement based on something I'd originally seen. Amidst some complications on my part, Emma was incredibly helpful and generous and I've ended up with a fantastic looking arrangement. I've nothing but good things to say. Thanks for your time, I appreciate you were very busy (always a good sign) - I look forward to visiting again!

Popped in yesterday after seeing their beautiful Christmas trees outside. Was greeted by Paul who was so pro & friendlyHe even took me to view more trees in his van. Went online and ordered a Blue Burst bouquet, alongside some truffles and a card. The bouquet was beautiful and amazingly-priced at only £30. The delivery was very quick (ordered on Sunday, delivered on Monday at ~12pm) and the driver was lovely. Overall impeccable service and the only nitpick I have is that the website is slightly obtuse, but all of the stuff that matters is perfect.
