Very hostile guy that works on the front desk. Always seems to be having beef with the customers. He was a bit short tampered with me because my card wanted me to type my pin in.. hate going there but it was a Sunday and no where else open

Went in today for a Exhaust Clamp I was told by the guy in front they dont do it with out even looking at the computer and send me off as always he couldn't do his job always seem unhappy for some reason and sometime I think his not getting pay or something!! Now I looked in there website they do sell it and they do have it maybe someone need to have a word with him and tell him never say no to customer before looking in the system!!

Great to be able to put in your Car Registration to narrow down the search for your specific vehicle. Website easy to navigate and I paid for Express Delivery, placing the Order at 16.42hrs and the parts arrived the next day at 09.27 the next day, fantasic service. Thank you.

I hate going to ecp. Doesn't matter which branch it is. The queue is always out the door. Service is so slow. Went to buy a can of carb cleaner and waited 20 mins to get served. Then once I was served, the guy serving me disappeared into the back for what felt like an age to retrieve my order. Why does it take so long for a basic item.

Waste of time and space there. Ordered parts which they didn't have in stock. I was advised that they will be ready in a week time. Went there a week after the order to be told that something went wrong with the delivery and have to come back in another week. I went again today, another week later. Apparently parts arrived yesterday and I paid for them. Good so far, but after 15 minutes wait I was told that they can not find them. What a complete joke this is. Would you shop in a place like this?

Popped in with a return, one lad was having a mare with a Customer who wouldn't take safe advice from him about wheel bolts. Handled himself well.
Other lad was swift in dealing with the return.
Only 1 star less as the parking places are shocking when you get blocked in by other customers.

Blokes in there are sound but oftentimes they don't know what they're talking about. Getting the wrong part from these guys is now a meme on the internet, I've had so many jobs had to be abandoned for days because the parts they've supplied are wrong, really disappointing and crap service.

Had to wait 30 mins to get served on the counter today , one guy on his own , no team work just left him to it , disgraceful, glad I don?t have to use this branch ever again , people were just walking out 0*
