I recently visited Ernest Jones in search of a new watch and had a genuinely outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive, but what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Andrew.
Andrew was not only knowledgeable and professional, but he also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He offered helpful recommendations without being pushy and made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. His friendly manner and expertise turned what could?ve been a stressful decision into an effortless and pleasant one.
I ended up finding the perfect watch ? stylish, high-quality, and excellent value for money. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and very well looked after.

I had top service today from the two staff members.
I turned up quite late and it was a fairly humble purchase of a watch but they dealt with it expertly even adjusting the bracelet in the blink of an eye.
I will definitely consider coming here again for my next purchase.

Brought a ring here for repair in July for a missing stone was quickly arranged for repair by Andrew store manager and they did it free of charge for us in a couple of weeks and it came back like brand new. Thanks to Andrew for helping

Went into the shop to get my watch resized, Andrew was extremely helpful, resized my watch, he told me about insurance cover, explained everything in detail, set everything up and even printed out my order details to attached to the policy

Visited the store knowing the watch I was after both the staff where so helpful and it was a such a smooth process buying the watch and getting it fitted suited to my wrist, this is the service you don?t get online and things like watches you need to try them on first.
