I got a new phone today as the contract was up in my old one and the lovely lady ?Abbie? was a huge help from the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my new phone. She explained everything clearly and was happy to help me with anything I wasn?t sure about. Abbie and Harry are the 2 best workers at EE!!! Thank you both! x

The Guy in the store was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in on Saturday afternoon, I didn?t catch his name but I would say early 20?s and brown/ginger hair. I came in to upgrade my current phone, as soon as I made the staff member aware of this he got everything ready, explained the process and made me feel relaxed. I was with my 2 year old girl and so these things can be an experience as this isn't always a quick process and lots of questions to answer correctly etc. The staff member understood the assignment and made me feel at ease when we had to keep stopping while I entertained my child and at times chased her around. We got through the process as quick as possible and the staff member helped me by taking my phone at times to complete tasks while I had my child in my arms. Thank you for the support and patience, please let the staff member know he did a great job and I appreciate his patience. I work in sales/customer service myself and If that was a test he scored 10/10

The rudest lady I?ve ever spoken with and very unhelpful wouldn?t even give her name. Spoke with her twice and both times answered with a disgusting attitude before I had chance to ask about the phone which is suppose to be delivered with them today but is now not coming for another two days.
Feedback: Don?t answer the phone if you are going to be vile. Staff training needed urgently
