If you need a home stuff at reasonable prices then look no further. The staff are friendly and the selection is wide ranging. Parking is no problem and there is a lift to get upstairs. The cafe is well attended and the prices are very reasonable.

Drove today from North Wales for wallpaper for my little boys room, i couldn't locate it in store. There wasn't a single member of staff on shop floor, I headed upstairs & managed to find someone on mattresses. Who told me it was downstairs at the back of the store. (Which is fine) but honestly just shocked at the very little staff present for help/advice or guidance.

Well I thought I'd pay and pickup in 2 hrs as was just lock tight glue I got there 10 mins early so 1hr 50 mins I went counter explained I hadn't had email but as it was just 2 tubes locktight, basically a miserable stone faced woman told me no, gotta wait , I asked if I go get em could I do that nope I'd be charged again and not get a refund 4 at least 7 days, joke really I.agine if we said we pay them in 7 days, anyways went back after 30 minutes stl no email, still not ready,in the end someone from ti.ll had to go get it, 2 tubes , I'd boy recommend this method it's 100% minimum 2 hrs , it will be longer

I bought a full set of bedding and curtains over 28 days ago costing over £200.00. In error I bought the wrong coloured throw and have only just realised. I took it back today, to request a straight swap, only to be told company policy was no swop after 28 days and told I would have to purchase another throw. I was shocked that there was no common sense approach here as my throw was still in the packaging and they still had them on the shelves, but staff were adamant they would not let me swop. So much for the season of good will ?

Terrible service, waiting over 20 minutes for a click and collect order that I had to ask 3 members of staff to chase up for me with 0 intentions of any help, very rude and unprofessional
