Thank you Peter for the excellent assistance shown whilst looking for a new mattress. This involved a sleepmatch test and a cup of tea on completion. As I cannot use the stairs you carried a mattress down over your shoulders for me to try. Thank you for all your help and for making my visit less stressful due to my spinal issues.

We had an outstanding experience in the Chester showroom today. We were welcomed by Jane. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We did the Sleepmatch testing to work out the best mattress for us then we were given time to try them out. We left after about an hour to go and check other shops after being offered a coffee. We went to 3 other places and nowhere came even close to the service or product quality so we went back and picked our Sleepezee Regency Kennington bed. Thanks so much to Jane for EXCELLENT service and we are looking forward to our new bed arriving soon.

Just come back from your Chester store,we were Warmley greeted by Michele who suggested we went on the sleep match machine, which we thought was very useful in helping us narrow down the choices of mattress .Michele was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us choose the most comfortable one for us,her help was invaluable in helping us choose, as you have such a large choice. Michele offered us tea or coffee which I thought was a nice touch.I would have no hesitation in recommending your store to friends or family.

We were greeted by a very friendly lady called Carole who was very knowledgeable on mattresses offering mattress test ensuring we got the correct mattress for our needs. I would recommend Carole to anybody looking to buy a mattress.
