Took two bags of good quality household goods to hand in for charity. Was asked abruptly, have I booked in. My reply was no I was not aware I had to. A lady came out from the rear and said they were unable to take them so I took them to Claire House. They were very grateful. Will never use Donation station again if they do not want my charity. There are many other charities that also need donations.

Brilliant selection of furniture. Not the place for clothes as much. Full of great stuff though. Friendly staff and fair prices. And it goes to charity too. Can't complain at all.

Really rude staff when I tried to deliver some decent home items to them. Condescending and picky.
