“I had my initial consultation for laser eye surgery at the branch in Chester. After this assessment i decided to go ahead and booked my surgery at liverpool which was on the 24/04/2023. Dr Kazmi was my surgeon. I decided to have LASEK as i do combat sports. I was extremly nervous about having the surgery done and this was made worse by reading some negativity elsewhere online. I had a number of phone calls with Giles and he was able to put my mind at ease, I probably wouldnt have gone through with it without Giles reassurance. I had my month check up today and I basically have 20/10 vision (2 lines better than 20/20). Which will only improve over the next couple of months. I found the first couple days pretty hard going with painful eyes and a feeling of having grit in them but this soon resolved and was on the way to recovery. I could not recommened Optical express enough from my experience again. Once again a big thank yot Giles and Ann at the Chester branch.”
