Worst company I've ever dealt with. Delivered part of my sofa order on 27th October, and still not received the rest of the it on 13th January.
Have spoken to numerous people at Chester store, Llandudno store, over the phone, so called customer service and online and constantly told I will receive a call back and they never do. I've been told the rest will be delivered on various dates but nothing.
Requested a refund and told someone will call me back about it, and guess what? No phone call.
They can't do enough for you when trying to sell you something but their customer service is absolutely appalling once they have taken your money.

Nightmare from start to finish. Bald headed salesman at Chester is sarcastic and rude. So we ordered with a different member of staff. Sofa was then delivered damaged by delivery drivers. Cleaning service sent out, the area then dried hard and crusty, ruining the soft feel of sofa. The next person who came replaced the arm cover, the sofa now creaks every time it is sat on. They wanted to send yet another person out. Have had enough now, we just want our money back and to return the sofa. Dfs customer service ignore you, will be going to the ombudsman.

With the choice of furniture stores on the retail park, avoid this company like the plague, salesmen are only interested in trying to flog insurance you don't really need as I assume they gey paid commission on it, only had the furniture a couple of weeks and already looking at replacing the filling in the seats, wafer thin and uncomfortable, the aftercare is a joke on anything you buy. I regret buying from them and will never darken their doors again.....disgraceful

We ordered our DFS corner sofa from this store recently, after going in and looking at it a few times, in the end we decided to go for it. Excellent customer service throughout. We spoke to the store manager a few times who was extremely helpful and also spoke to sales gent called Farren, who was brilliant too. Farren went through everything step by step at time of purchase etc, very patient and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. Even made us both a lovely hot chocolate too.
We got our sofa delivered a few weeks later and delivery gents were brill too, installed everything and gave us a text and phone call with time slot for delivery. We love our new sofa. Thanks everyone at team dfs!

We came into store quiet late on Sunday afternoon.
We where greeted by Alex , who was an absolute credit to your company.
From the very beginning she listened to what we where looking for, gave us different options then left us to ponder, her Sales approach was perfect. She only works weekends, but I would highly recommend this young lady.
We are delighted with our sofa and service!

Absolutely disgraceful, me and my mother walked into the store today to have a look for a sofa and we waited around for half an hour before us having to approach a member of staff. Who then directed me to a set of sofa before we interrupted by a disgruntled old lady and she went off to help her, making no effort to come find us afterwards!A male member of staff seen us by the sofas and could see us waiting and chose to serve a woman who literally just walked in the store!Absolutely disgraceful and the staff need to be shown how to take customer care into consideration!

TREAD WITH CARESpent 10 days trying to speak to the Chester branch store with zero success.Despite my daily, twice a day calls to the Peterborough number. Plus my daily emails on the subject. No one seems to care.......... to call a customer back, which is very disappointing. Peterborough are not allowed to give our the Chester branch phone number. I am on the verge of cancelling the order as that miffed. The person at Peterborough had the idea for me to visit the store, which is 20 miles away........ This is not good enough. Quick to take your money....

Me and my boyfriend came in today to see about purchasing a couch for our new flat and we were completely ignored by everyone. An older couple walked in around the same time as us and were seen by someone almost immediately. We thought it may have been that they did not notice us but we were walking around the store for about 30 minutes before we eventually left. I have nothing against the store itself or the products they sell, I just wish that the customer service was a little bit better.

AVOID!!i bought a bed from DFS and it was rather costly. We reported straight away to DFS it was faulty. They sent homeserve out to look at the fault. The technician said he couldn't see anything wrong but he would tighten everything up to be sure.But this made things worse. We lifted the ottoman for i to only lift up more on one side with the worst noise.after another visit from a different guy at homeserve they told us it was our fault the bed wasnt lifting correctly and put it down as an assembly problem by us. Since then i've been palmed off with the blame all though the bed had been together perfectly fine and the 1st guy even said so himself. it seems neither DFS or homeserve will accept liability. So whats the point in having a warranty if neither are willing to help from day 1.Now that DFS are refusing to help or send replacement parts, i have no option but to take legal action.the first lady tried to offer me a gesture of goodwill. not that i wanted this, but later she retracted this which was very odd.

The staff in store are good, customer service is also good. The only fly in the ointment is the quality of the suite we bought. They have been out twice to replace a motor in the electric recliner( on the same part of the sofa). This is in addition to lots of other visits to put shoddy workmanship right. We might have been unfortunate, but certainly won't go back when it needs replacing, which will be sooner rather than later due to the poor quality.

Made welcome at the store, salesperson left us to look around. The lady Jessica, was extremely helpful \\u0026 very pleasant when we had decided on the suite we had chosen. There was no pressure to buy.
