I cannot thank DD Hair & Beauty enough for looking after my 14yr old today and colouring her hair . This was her first experience at a salon and she loved the turnout of her hair and how Harry looked after after her exceptionally well . I will definitely book again . Kieran was fantastic!The best cut I've had in a long time.He knows what he's doing... so very good at suggesting a style to suit you/your lifestyle (ie I'm a busy mum, so he suggested a style that's easy for me).Really happy with my hair.Salon is gorgeous too.Thankyou x

I recently visited DD Hair after seeing it on my regular visits to DD Clinical, and I'm so glad I did. I have bleach in my hair and recently it has been feeling dry, but after a colour service here it felt so healthy and moisturised. I checked that they used olaplex before I booked in, which they do. The staff are so friendly. In the past I have found visits to other salons to be quite intimidating, but that wasn't the case here at all. I had a few questions after my visit about how best to care for my hair, Karen gladly answered them all for me. The salon is gorgeous and there are lots of complimentary drinks to choose from whilst you are having your hair done. The free parking is really useful too. Whilst I was there I enquired about hair extensions, the staff member (Chantelle) was so informative and knowledgeable, so I'll definitely be booking in for those soon.

Asked for an ashy brown or mushroom brown balayage but the results are disappointing. The initial tone given was very blonde (something I specified I didn?t want) and so the stylist corrected it by putting on toner for a 2nd time. The final result was flat plain brown hair which is a barely lighter than my natural colour. Literally looks like I didn?t get anything done - friends and family didn?t notice anything changed. Stylist and salon were nice though although slightly sloppy (e.g. got bleach on my face when highlighting, was very rough when washing and toning hair).Services: Hair coloring

Not gonna lie this place and it's staff is worth every star.I had an issue with parking as i was new to Chester and the lady from reception not only helped me but also made my day. I have not used their services as i dont think they can fix my hair but by just walking inside it was full of ladies, felt like o was in Milano again for a fashion show, extravagance at every corner and every smile.To the lady that helped me i hope whoever sees this can understand thwt you and the business you represent are AMAZING.Best regards the confused guy with the parking problem.

Lovely staff and environment, super welcoming. They managed to fit me in on short notice, and communicated really well about what would work for the style I was looking at. I felt really well taken care of and the finished look was so amazing. Will be coming again

I cannot recommend Mode Hairdressers Frodsham Street Chester highly enough!!I was recommended by a lady whose hair looked amazing! ?It was Megan at Mode?.I have extremely thick unruly hair.It was mid length & dull! I was tired of going to have my hair done elsewhere & feeling like they didn?t listen or take the time. I always came out feeling like they gave me a ? mummy, frumpy? cut.NOT AT MODE!MEGAN LISTENED! TOOK HER TIME! ASKED ME AT EVERY STAGE IF I WAS HAPPY & I LEFT FEELING FUNKY, FANTASTIC & THRILLED with my cut!!!!All the staff were fab but most of all the cut is AMAZING!!! Little bit disappointed consider I payed £49 just for a wash, cut and dry? the girl who washed my hair didn?t do a good job at all. One reason why I love going to the hairdressers is because they wash my hair so well and massage my scalp. But here the girl just put the shampoo on and spread it around my hair for about 5 seconds then washed it off. Same with conditioner. The cut was better, the lady was very friendly and reassuring but I just felt it was a little bit rushed and not sure I?d pay £49 for it again..Service: Hairstyling

This Place is one of the Best in this City. I swear. The hair Stylist was so professional that I still cannot believe that they are so Good. From the beginning they make you to feel so Comfortable and Welcome. They treat you so Nice and the Stuff is soo Sweet. I Love this place I Definitely Recommended.
