My favourite Costa is the Road chef Chester/ hapsford services. I?ve become friends with the staff who always know my order. Megan, Yas, Layla & Matt are so lovely and chatty, always smiling and helpful as are all the other staff both at the drive through and inside the services. The coffee is always spot on and service fast.

The young queens in Costa Coffee have such attitudes. Asked for a chia latte but asked for it as a Frappe, guy says we dont do that?but thought they could do any drink, it was like i asked for the first born! This is the type of people costa employ, downhill from here.

Good location, lovely staff, however the last 2 times, including today, I have eaten here, the chilled/heat food has been cood in the middle and I've had a dodgy stomach afterwards.
As a business traveller,I eat at a large number of these type of outlets weekly and this is the only one I've consistently had issues with afterwards.

Always stop here but this time the self serve screens were in operation. No hot chocolate listed so went to the counter to place order. Stood and waited for them to start our drinks, they did ALL screen orders before our counter order, badly done Costa.

Had the most awful tasting coffee here. Also ordered it drink in and it came in paper cups. I know things are sometimes slow on a Sunday Etc but it came quickly enough. Maybe too quick. Good coffee in cups shouldn't be hard should it...disappointing.

blonde lady on till was very rude. lady in front said she was waiting to be served and staffed member sucked her teeth.she then served me and gave me my panini and muttered something under her breath. As i walked away shouted across costa ?are you not going to thank me then?. i have never been so appalled with any service in my life. horrible experience.

Never ever in your life take the mango frappe. THERE IS NO COFFEE!! It's a disgusting, awful, disgraceful and just disappointing milk mass that cannot even be called a milkshake, and even more so a frappe. Dissatisfied. Service was nice.

Really bad experience. First the guy on the speaker took our order incorrectly and ordered us the wrong sizes and type of milks of our drinks - oh well will still drink whatever we are given not the end of the world- but then the quality of the drinks were appalling. Cappuccino and latte both tasted so watery and strange tasting. They almost tasted burnt/ stale? And we had ordered syrups which were untastable in the drinks. Basically given a cup of hot water! They were both un drinkable. Very annoying when you?re paying £10 for two coffees that you can?t even drink. A reminder to go to small businesses and not chains where the people who work there don?t care if you enjoy your drink or not

Called in on the morning of the 8th and I was greeted by welcoming staff, the young lady was polite and cheerful and the young man making the drinks was extremely pleasant and chatty, such a refreshing change in this day and age. Even though they were busy they both took the time to deliver the perfect customer experience.Much appreciated

This Costa has quite limited opening hours for a motorway service station outlet and as such it's usually closed whenever I stop off at Chester Services. We recently stopped there early afternoon on the way home from dropping off a daughter at Manchester Airport so for once it was open while I was there. Normally I'd go for a strong coffee but on the occasion I was feeling a bit under the weather so I ordered a hot chocolate instead. It arrived in good time and was perfectly acceptable. I drank it while slouched on a comfortable sofa so I can't complain too much.
