The staff was very helpful , the store atmosphere was nice and relaxing and the prices are really good. There flowers work well with other flowers bought from other places like Tesco, Asda and others. Would definitely recommend them and if I ever stay a handful of days in Chester with my girlfriend again and I want to get her some flowers I will definitely go to this place

Cocoa Flower did the flowers for my wedding recently and they were stunning. Everyone commented on how gorgeous they were and they look amazing in the pictures!! The service was lovely and and so kind all throughout. Delivery was amazing. Everything was just seamless. I would highly recommend!

My daughter?s wedding was at The Oakfield House at Chester Zoo on 26/9/23 it was an amazing day. Just like to give a big thank you for the amazing flowers which were perfect and delivered early too so we didn?t have to worry about them. Fantastic florist that I have used several times in the past, both in store on George Street and over the phone. I called at 1550 today asking if it was too late for same day delivery and the lovely lady who answered the phone agreed that it was but told me she would hand deliver them herself as it was on her way home. Of course I gave her a tip!This might not happen all the time, but shows that they go above and beyond,I know nothing about flowers, and I have mostly said in the past "take £50 and make it lovely"And the recipients have always given me top feedback.Cannot recommend more. Thankyou x

My Mum and I had the loveliest reception when we first came to cocoa flowers regarding funeral flowers for my Grandma. We came based on the online reviews but still had a few different florists in mind - the lovely staff here made it an easy decision. We left with total confidence that they would take care of everything, and they did. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and better than we could have envisioned. Fantastic florist!Rang up to organise a bouquet of flowers for my fiancée. I was given a bespoke order with recommendations. The flowers were ready for pick up within 30 minutes and I was even offered delivery. A lovely card was written to personalise the gift. Fantastic customer service and the flowers went down a treat!Highly recommend!

Called in to get some flowers and was greeted by Caroline who made me the most beautiful bouquet while I waited, amazing flowers, so fresh and the arrangement was lovely. Nice and friendly, chatty and also decent value for the size of bouquet. Highly recommend cocoa flower for any flowers you need
