Called the store this morning and spoke to a lovely lady called Stacey about my sons shoes - we had come in the week before that there wasn?t much choice for him. I was asking her lots of questions about the shoes and what was In stock, she kindly kept some aside for me and hour later we arrived at store and I asked for Stacey. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. She was fantastic. I couldn?t not leave a review for this lovely lady as she is a real credit to Clark?s.\\nThank you for making a stressful situation less stressful.

Really impressed by the service here when we went in for my son's first school shoes. Beth (Maybe Bethan?) Was patient and brilliant with my son trying a number of shoes for him and humouring his toddler questions. The store had a good covid rotation system to make sure it wasn't too busy. Great job. Thank you!

Some staff need training in how to fit shoes properly and also in customer service skills too. Took my 2.5yr old daughter to get measured the first time round was told that a pair of shoes that wasn't in stock would fit her even though the style of another shoe which she tried would be fine so ordered them to store. After 4 days arrived back to store to be greeted by a moody quite impatient assistant manager. I witnessed her shake her head and huff at another customer who she was apparently serving when I arrived. She made me wait until he left the store which didn't make sense. Her attitude towards my daughter was impatient and she clearly didn't enjoy doing her job. The shoes that came into store didn't fit and my daughter complained that they were sore.so she said she can order the next size up into store. My daughter is a great caring person and tried to interact with her but was rudly ignored we won't be coming her ever again go to the one in Cheshire oaks they are fantastic.

I have previously experienced issues at this particular Clarks store and found the shoes to be an ill fit for my little boy when I have taken him to another Clarks store for them to check.\\n\\nHowever this visit was so much better they spent time making sure that the shoes fitted properly and after 2 weeks my lb has said his shoes are hurting so no need to go to another store this time.\\n\\nThe girl that served us was great at interaction with my lb and helping him choose what shoes he wanted she made him feel special. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name.

Dreadful service, they don't measure you anymore, I had to put the shoes on my hubby after having bad back after an op. All he said was iv got a bad back too and my hand is swollen â?¹ absolute disgrace, if my hubby had not needed these shoes I would never had bought them. (Hubby) is in a wheelchair too ð??¡
