Located on the main shopping street, close to the Eastgate Clock, this shop has a good selection of shoes and trainers for men, women, and children, and some nice bags too. I usually buy Clarks shoes, because although they are that bit more pricey, I can always count on them being good quality and very hard-wearing. What I most like about them, though, is that you can get them in half sizes and widths for adults. I came here looking for a good pair of casual shoes, and saw a stylish pair of off-white suede and leather trainers in the window. Courtney, the girl who served me, was both friendly and attentive, and she went out of her way to help. They did not have these trainers in my size in the shop, but I was able to order a pair and have them delivered to my home address. They arrived a couple of days later, and they're a really good fit and very comfortable.

Went today for pair of shoes for my daughter. The service given by the sales team was so impressive I would say , and they were so welcoming, specially , when it comes to dealing with kids , they were experts.. quality stuff , value for money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS SHOPPING HERE, NOT THE REPUTABLE SHOP EXPECTED FROM SUCH A WELL KNOWN BRAND. Wrongly declined a refund when trying to return Clarks shoes well within the returns window. Called customer services who confirmed a refund should have been given, so tried to return again and refused again. This is appalling customer service and goes completely against trading standards and legal terms for returns. Still unresolved and out of pocket. Wish I could give this review minus stars and will definitely not be shopping at Clarks again.

Bought shoes from here for myself and kids, staff from here were very helpful and they measured foot size for both my kids and also they offered guidance based on what shoes will fit best for their feet and furthermore. I strongly recommend for shoes being, slightly prices are high but you pay for quality.
