Amazing and helpful! I had my nose pierced less than 48 hours before I knocked it out and lost the stud. Not only did they quickly jump to help me, they also reassured me ans got a new stud in for me without question! I didn?t even get the original piercing done here. Chloe (I think was her name, I was stressing out at the time and might have got this wrong!) - assistant manager was absolutely lovely and offered to change it for me when I want to put a hoop in when it?s healed. Such friendly and lovely service. I?m so grateful ??

Chloe really did a fab job with two oldies who wanted their ears piercing for a second time on Friday.
Wimpy me needed friend and Chloe that we with her distraction techniques was amazing. So thanks Chloe - good luck with your future studies. Highly recommend . Great experience all around.

Perilous. Nearly tripped up by a servile with a broom. The staff here may be well meaning sorts, but they also seem rather?special. As long as you don?t ask too much of them you should be alright.
