Had a tow bar fitted to my Skoda Karoq yesterday. The people were all lovely - Mike and Luke - and I was very impressed with the premises and the stock. The detachable tow bar is a thing of beauty. In this the last 5 years I have purchased and had fitted two hooks on different cars. I also, with their helpful advice, purchased an excellent bike rack to carry 2 heavy electric bikes. Their help and assistance was outstanding. Recently I had a fairly major problem as my car failed the MOT due to an issue with the tow bar connector. The problem was due to the MOT reader which incorrectly diagnosed the problem. Mike telephoned the garage explained the situation and agreed to take a video, using their device, to prove there wasn?t an issue. Thank you for all that you did including the excellent hot chocolate!

What a brilliant service we received from our first enquiry right up until our towbar was fitted - Everyone we met was really friendly and talked us through everything and you can tell they're a brilliant experienced company because everything is so organised. This place is excellent. Can?t fault them and their customer service is excellent. I phoned up just enquiring about a tow bar for my car and it was fitted that morning. They arranged transport to and from my work, were cheapest on price, top quality product, and explained everything I needed to know. They even used car covers to keep my seat clean. Thank you especially to Mike who arranged it all and made it so effortless. Wish every company was as easy to deal with as this

Did a great job fitting my tow bar. All staff that I met were friendly. Great relaxing place to sit and wait with drinks machine and very clean toilet to use. I would recommend this place to anyone.
