Absolutly avoid at att costs!!! Wish I could give them no stars absolute disgrace of a shop. Took my ps5 to have the hdmi port fixed in Dec didn't look like they replaced the hdmi with a new part and now it's broke. Rang them up and apparently because I haven't kept my recipet they won't do anything. Even when I payed on card. Man was unapologetic knowing full well they didn't replace parts and use high temp solder even though playstations are known for overheating which has now caused hdmi port to drift from circuit board.

I?ve written all of two google reviews in the past but couldn?t let this one go.Contacted for advice regarding a screen repair for an iPad Air 4th generation. There was a price on the website for an iPad Air screen repair which was much less than other places, and I wanted to confirm if this was the price. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. I cannot believe how patronising he was. He told me that the price was obvious on the website. It isn?t. There is a price for an iPad Air 1, 2 and 3 but not 4. I was then told off (yes really) for using this website and advised it was not up to date (I was on Cheshirerepaircentre.co.uk which came up though a google search and there is nothing to redirect you to the new website or say this one is out of date). I was given another website to use : Chesterrepaircentre.co.uk to look up the price myself. I asked if he could just tell me the price and he sighed. I could practically hear the eye roll.I honestly cannot believe the way he spoke to me. I think perhaps he spends too much time fixing computers to have any idea of how to speak to a human being.I was so cross afterwards that I rang back to ask to speak to a manager. Same person said it was him! Heaven help anyone using this company if this is the management.I?m honestly appalled.

*This is just MY OPINION AND MY RECOLLECTION OF EVENTS.About a year ago and a half ago I had my laptop repaired here and whilst the work was fine, there are still issues at least I didn't have to buy another one, the service was poor. I was told one date by the chap on the till and was okay with it not too far off as I had work that I need the laptop for, but then that date came and went. I called up and said at that point I just wanted my laptop back as I had booked an appointment with a different repair service but they said no can do, I asked to speak to the manager as they couldn't keep me from my property. Anyway the manger was by far the rudest customer service person I had ever spoken to (in my opinion), everyone has their off days but from the off he was rude, angry and condescending. What I wanted was my laptop they said they would fix on the date they said. Anyway the manger got more and more angry and hostile over the course of the call. Anyway, they promised me another date and I got it on the second date and again poor customer service, no sorry for the delay no offers of some form of compensation or money off no no. I put off this review for so long as I was worried at the time that if I complained or did this they wouldn't honor the warranty (totally just my opinion and my worry again). Anyway, I went to a good laptop repair shop recently and saw what good service was and it reminded me of my time with this company and I knew I had to write it.Honeslty if you doubt the (in my opinion) confrontational vibe I'm talking about from the leadership look at the tone taken in response to other one star reviews, it speaks volumes. Before even considering here look at how they respond to one star reviews, like in other places they might not reply or might say we are sorry you had a bad experience with us, but not here a brief scroll down the list of one star reviews and you can see some patterns, it's never their fault, someone is trying to get one over on them, the customers lead to the issue, the customer is lying, it's all slander, (this is my interpretation of the response to the other one star reviews) (In my opinion) The owner needs to stop arguing people who have issues with his shop and work on his customer service skills because I won't be the first or last person to complain about it.Spend the extra and go somewhere else.

My phone developed a speaker fault and this repair centre took on the job.The speaker was found to be repairable.They messaged me within 24 hours and charged less than the quote I agreed to. They did an excellent repair and the phone now works and sounds perfect.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ?

My phone had crashed, the touch screen wouldnt work, so I took it to this shop an they fixed it for me in less than 10 mins. It just needed re booting which i didnt know how to do without the screen working. The man was very helpful. Thankyou very much

Had work done on here on numerous times and turns out after taking it to a professional it?s poor quality and have had recurring issues due to this. Happy to to deliver this service whilst charging extortionate and ridiculous prices whilst using poor quality parts to do repairs. Do not recommend.

Really disappointed with their service. I was pleased with a repair a few years back when I had a screen replacement on a previous phone with no issues but this time with my iPhone 8 it didn?t work properly as soon as I got it. The screen was frozen so I took it back straight away and the person turned it off and on to get it to work again. The person said that it needed this to reset it, so I took it back home. Unfortunately this was not the case and the screen kept on freezing and needed to be switched off regularly and the colour of the screen kept on becoming discoloured particularly if a message or phone call came through. I took this back the next day and left it there for a number of hours. I rang to check the progress and the first time I rang they told me it?s a complex problem so they needed to test it and would let me know when it would be ready and didn?t hear back so I rang again to chase the progress to find it was ready. Again once i got home the same problems occurred with the screen. I rang today to ask for a refund as the phone is no longer working properly and actually worked better with a damaged screen. The person on the phone was unsympathetic to the problem and explained that he had replaced the screen twice so it?s not a problem with the screen replacement but a fault with the phone. He said he could look at it again but can?t guarantee it would work- why would i do this if they were unable to fix it the first time! At no point did they explain to me that replacing the screen would cause it to become unusable. If I had known there was no guarantee for their work I wouldn?t of spent £50 and wasted my time with two long car journeys to the shop. I should have paid more money somewhere else where the work is guaranteed.In summary, I would not use this shop again as they are dishonest and unhelpful when a repair doesn?t work. A reputable shop would offer a refund if they are not able to repair something or even stipulate at the point of sale that their repair may not work. I have been sold a repair under false pretences. If I had gone through my insurance and paid the £100 excess for my screen repair they would not return something that wasn?t working properly so I don?t see how this is different!

Just brought Quantum X214 Photosynthetic Stabiliser in to the shop, gave a fair price and extremely good communication with hard working staff. Very well spoken to over the phone I think he said the name was Drymon.Thank you for all the help couldn?t recommend enough. Sending my fellow X214s over.

They?re bunch of thieves and extortionists. They lost my charger and forced me to buy a new charger without compensating for the charger they lost. Your items are at high risks. Do not patronize. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional

Unprofessional. I wouldn?t bother wasting your time and money with these guys. ?Fixed? my laptop but then broke a different part of it. So I had to take it back and they took days to repair it even though they broke it. Then took it home and now my screen is faulty. Turned a phone query in to an argument when I repeatedly told him I wasn?t having an argument I just wanted to know what could have caused the issue. They claim that you can go back with any problems after the repair yet just had a go at me on the phone adamant that they won?t take any responsibility for the laptop as it?s been a week since I collected it. Honestly a waste of money and time

Well how happy am I!!!! Dropped my phone in the sink, and the phone although seemingly working was not charging via port as normal, and restarting the phone either took ages to boot or at times not at all.Now I'm gonna admit I went to the guy that works from the market first and he wouldn't touch it saying "getting the parts in would take forever, a broken screen I can do, but being honest I don't want this job" so of course not going near him again.So google reviews sent me to the Chester Repair Centre.Phone taken that same day no problems or hassle and its now back with me fully working NEXT DAY.I don't care about the money it cost to repair, you helped me so much getting my phone working again, cannot thank you enough. Any problems I have in future with any device, you will be my first port of call.Very friendly and polite service too. Thanks again :)

Took my iphone in July for a screen replacement, paid £50. Since then there has been no damage to the phone, yet just two months later the LCD completely burnt out and the display was ruined. Had to pay for another screen replacement at a better shop who told me they had used a cheap screen from China and hadn?t bothered to sync it up to my phone, he said it would?ve taken them 2 minutes to slap this cheap screen replacement in. Absolutely disgusted to be charged £50 for a cheap screen that burns out in 7 weeks. Do better Chester Repair Centre.
