Great food in centrally located restaurant. Started with cocktails and fizzy. Food is as a fine dining experience with optional wine pairings. All the plates we ordered were divine with helpful advice from Seeno the sommelier.

What a brilliant restaurant. The food was amazing, inventive and original. The service was superb. It is rare to find someone with such in-depth knowledge of the ingredients, their origins and the overall menu. We had the tasting menu with was just amazing, layer upon layer of complementary flavours combined with such skill. Great that you can see into the kitchen watching real genius at work. Great choose of wines, brilliant atmosphere, why more can you want. Loved it.

Solid food prep. Delicious. However, they brought very over-salted parmesan mashed potatoes. Unlike most fine dining chefs, there was no recovery of the error with a small token of appreciation.

My partner and I went here on Saturday 7th September 2024 to celebrate his 50th we checked out all the reviews and let me start by saying most seem to refer to previous premises, so let?s address some of the comments others have made and update them, the restaurant is beautiful, well spaced out, the music is not loud at all intact the ambience is perfect, the toilets are unisex but there are five in a row and they are of exceptional standard. Now once service and food it is simply a joy, the staff whilst young are informative, attentive and helpful, the wines and drinks are fabulous with a great selection and advice around what to try. The open kitchen is a masterclass in how a professional kitchen should run and very interesting to watch. The food is quite simply an experience that will never be forgotten each plate was not only beautiful to behold but magical to experience. Thank you to all involved we will certainly be back.

Music was a tad loud so we struggled a bit to talk but the staff here are all lovely and helpful and the food is incredible and beautifully presented. Both here and 28 are fantastic restaurants and I hope everyone tries both, although trying them will likely lead to more visits so be warned :) plus you can park in pepper st just across the road and it's close to taxis and buses too.

Absolutely wonderful food, one of the best places I've eaten. We had the day time special menu, with starters of scallops and duck, mains were cod lion and pork. Desserts lemon cake and cream brulee, glasses of wine. Well worth having the lunch menu, as evening is almost rhe same but more than twice the price.

our first time back since moving to the new premises and you didn't disappoint. we visited today for our wedding anniversary, the 3 course meal was absolutely beautiful and staff as lovely as ever. we can't wait to return and are already planning our next date :)
