Poor experience, parts missing from order, staff wouldn't spare 10 minutes to look for them, too focused on closing time perhaps. 1 star awarded for processing cancellation quickly. Consumer recommendation: stick to Amazon.

This Cex is good and the person who served me was to me and wasn?t bad, I got myself a Harry Potter dvd ? and there film are good and this is not a bad store but I wish they still had more stuff upstairs and didn?t get closed and this Cex is better then Crewe and Warrington as I had a bad issue with those Cex so I recommend this 1

Thanks to Luke !! Went in to buy a PS4 and do an exchange. I have also been looking at buying a laptop from Currys pc world. Got talking to the lad who served us who was very knowledgeable about computers and he came up with an excellent second hand option. It can be quite daunting at as a middle aged women to buy new tech as I don't know anything about it but the young man - Luke was fab. Thanks so much for your advice. In relation to the wider team they had lovely banter and it was such a pleasant experience.
