I've been into this coffee shop twice over the past year and it has not changed it looks dirty and unloved from the outside I thought it had closed down.Coffee is bitter fruit teacake was nice the only redeeming feature is the lovely staff who seem to be run ragged as the place was busy and there were only 2 staff on no wonder it was dirty.

There?s always a friendly face and a great coffee in here. Russ especially though, is an absolute diamond. He made me a lovely cherry mocha the other day, which I promptly dropped. He replaced it for me, with a smile on his face.

Thank you James K, and the lady who worked alongside him on 24th June at 12:00, for all your help. I ordered a caramelatte and forgot to ask for decaff, due to medical reasons. They were very helpful, understanding and friendly as they remade the drink for me. 100% recommend this Caffè Nero.
