A little woman with a head set on came up to me as i was choosing deodorants with a very bad attitude and very poor customer service skills basically told me i could not smell what i was going to buy i don't think i will return to that boots ever again!!! do not shop there!!!!

I purchased a razor on Friday 7th February from boots, unfortunately I noticed I had got the wrong razor. I returned to the store one hour later to purchase the correct razor and blades, but they refused to except the razor back as I had opened the package. I believe they could have been more helpful, and think twice before going back the shop that does not expect return.

Pharmacy never open when website says it is. Just been down there after checking on website to find it closed. Not the first time this has happened. Very frustrating.

I was having so much trouble at my local pharmacy that I changed to Boots Sealand Road . The service is now so friendly and professional . What a pleasure to pick up my prescription on time and with a smile

I visited the store today and was served by an older lady named Rosalie. Whilst waiting in the queue she beckoned me over to her till. She did not greet or acknowledge me, but continued having a conversation on her headset with her colleagues about very clearly non work related issues whilst scanning my items through. When all my items were scanned I handed her my advantage card, still no acknowledgment at this point, she snatched it from me, scanned it and slammed it down on the desk instead of just handing it back to me. At this point, Rosalie is still having her conversation on her headset, it must?ve been extremely important as I had to ask her for a bag at least 3 times before she stopped her conversation to actually speak to me. Extremely disappointed as when I?ve shopped with Boots before the service has always been excellent but this is beyond poor.

This particular branch is a little on the small side, things not laid out in a way that you would normally find in a Boots and there were very few staff on the shop floor (3 staff). The staff member we spoke to for assistance couldn't help much
