“I've always loved The Works and the new store in Chester is so big and has loads to look at. I really like that books are now in categories and the craft section is larger. I really hope this refurbishment is something the company do with all the stores. I think it's a very good thing and I feel like a lot of customers will now find more to purchase on their visits.”

Only giving 4 stars because certain layout can feel a bit cramped at times, but overall it’s a great store and definitely worth a visit!”
