I have had a fantastic service from Bryn, àn outstanding staff of Beresford Adams. He comes across as self driven to achieve, very empathetic to his clients and able to give varying options of the company's product to make the customer make informed decisions. I have learnt a lot about renting with his guidance and I am particular excited with his service. I will always recommend Beresford Adams anyday. The property I am currently living is managed by the company, and they seem to have fantastic landlords too, who form great relationships with their tenants. I am indeed a happy customer. My partner and I recently rented a new place. We were so lucky to get to work with Bryn Griffith. He was so attentive, easy to communicate with and just simply kind! When we went to Bereford Adams we were already quite desperate we won't find a place. Every agent we met until this point was almost uninterested in what we were looking for. Bryn was the first one who actually listened and even when one of the landlords didnt choose us, he came with another suggestion for a property that suited us perfectly! Thanks, Bryn! Despite repeated efforts to enquire about a property during an extremely stressful and difficult time due to being kicked out of our home at short notice, Beresford Adams assured me they would be in touch. I advised I was working away but left my partners contact details. Nobody contacted him and when we got in touch to enquire further the property was no longer available. Although I asked several times what had happened I was never given an explanation, just that they tried to call me, which they didn't. I advised them I'd called a total of nine times regarding the property as we were desperate to which I was met with a lack of empathy or concern for their error. Another estate agent that shows a lack of concern for people's wellbeing, as long as they can line their own pockets.

I'm so shocked by almost all the estate agents I've been dealing with. As a buyer ready to go its almost criminal how many agents just say "no you can't view a house for another week cause we have no-one to show it"Is that not what vendors are paying a fortune for.? If you are using beresford adams to sell in Blacon... sorry... I can't even get to see your house, never mind buy it!

It?s the first time we?ve rented out our property and we felt in safe hands with Beresford Adams. From the first communication with Richard followed up with the friendly updates from Laura we have been very happy with the level of service. Getting your home ready for renting out isn?t an easy process but Beresford Adams were there to guide us every step of the way. They?re sensible people that always represented our best interests. Great service with very friendly and informative staff especially Katrina. Nothing was too much trouble to Katrina she gave full support with our house sale and helped with a lot of issues in what was a very traumatic sale due to divorce.
