From an initial fabulous experience with Bensons for Beds.
Your Failure to perform ruined my experience and shall not be recommending you further.
My delivery, after several months, was left short... dure to stock levels !!!!
Not acceptable ++++++++++++++++++++++++
Just went to look to see what was available to change our bed and mattress.
We were very well attended to by the Manager , David, with no pressure. Well informed and knowledgeable. Got a couple of options and priced quotes, together with other possible services (bed and mattress removal)
Came back next day with our chosen option, paid deposit and finalised arrangements.
Very simple

Our whole service from start to finish has been fantastic I would absolutely recommend and use ourselves again without hesitation. We love our bed and mattress and feel we got great advice from rosemary instore and our delivery drivers mick & Kev were so respectful of our home and did a great job putting up our bed

Excellent service , given advice then left alone to try out all options . Once decision made all sorted out efficiently and quickly. Both salesmen dealt with very knowledgeable and approachable when advice needed.

We bought the Sandra ottoman bed and hybrid mattress, we love it, its felt like we have been sleeping on a cloud every night, the only con is that it?s so hard to get out of in the morning! I never want to leave it.
The service we were given was exceptional. Stephen at the Chester store was incredible, We explained what we wanted and the dimensions we had to work with and Stephen was great! He was very informative and answered all our questions, he provided advice and his personal opinion which made our buying experience joyful and stress free. I cannot recommend this store enough. Thankyou Stephen you deserve a pay rise!

Benson's in my opinion is the ??knee's of ALL the stores on Sealand Rd and that includes the so called POSH ONE'S. ! Barry was more than helpful in us selecting a wardrobe .No HARD sell in this store ! Just sensible dialog with a bit of banter thrown in . Chose a 4 folding door unit with 2 glass doors and fitted interior. German made and as you would expect quality 2nd to none. ONLY downside was a delivery of 11wks. BUT I don't mind that as it's assembled by the manufacturer . CANT fault the sales side or the quality of their products. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase any furniture. Incidentally prices were more than competetive.
