If I could give no stars to this horrific company I would.
Undervalued my property, and completely disregarded my friend with their rental in Chester.
This company has been a nightmare from the start. Extremely unhelpful- Diana & Iain in particular. Vile attitude, extreme lack of help and certainly not professional. Ignorance doesn?t begin to cover and is rather tame if I say so myself.
AVOID this company for sales/rentals like you would the plague!!!!!

The only positive from this company is a fine gentlemen, Luke. Value yourself Luke and you will go far.

My fiancé and I recently secured a tenancy through Ashton and Grosvenor, and I can confidently say it was the smoothest and most efficient experience I?ve ever had. From application to move-in, the entire process took just two weeks ? an incredible turnaround made possible by the team?s professionalism and responsiveness.
Customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. Diana was especially fantastic during the viewing ? friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful. Everyone I?ve interacted with has been approachable and supportive, and I have no hesitation reaching out to them if I ever need assistance.
Thank you for making the move so seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

Terrible attitude from this agency and it has been twice now. Don't even give you the chance to explain what you are looking for. Will take my business elsewhere and won't waste my time again with them.

Been at the property for a number of years now and not only have they increased my rent but after going back and fourth back and fourth trying to get someone to help me because the mold damage is so bad nobody is willing to help me. Ashton & Grosvenor basically turned round and said this is not our problem speak to the landlord. Which btw I already have. I have a dad dying in hospital of Terminal Cancer which I have tried to explain to the Landlord and Ashton & Grosvenor and none of them seem to give a single care in the world about it this is too much for me to deal with right now it would be nice if someone showed me some empathy but I guess not. Absolutely disgusted I can barely breath at night because of the mold damage which makes me wake up in the middle of the night coughing. Those pictures uploaded do not do it justice the windows are constantly dripping as well when I wake up. What am I supposed to do open the window at night ? one I am by a main road its noisy and secondly its freezing none of them have provided a solution for me but they quickly put my rent up though didn't they without any weeks notice or anything. 0/10 offered no help no solution nothing charged me for the bill and accused me of threatening them which was not true I simply said id have to take this further if nobody was willing to help me and they blew up with me accusing me of threatening them. If you look at the other 1 star reviews they also had issues with this agency because there are about 6/7 ( 1 star ) reviews in total so this is a common thing by the looks of it Guys just a heads up.PICTURES FOR THE PUBLIC BELOW EVIDENCE OF THE MOLD DAMAGE.

Worse agency I had to deal with. Bullied in having to book a day off work asthey needed to do viewings but surprise nobody turned out and never been informed that has been canceled. Would not give any help and advice if needed. Profesionalism zero if you are moving in they might smilebuppon you as you moving out made me feel like im less of a person.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, irresponsible and last not but least arrogant. That sums up this agency.These "facts" are incorrect. We had reached out to you 2 weeks ago with our particulars. No response. I followed up. No response. THEN I called. When I zigged, you zagged taking no responsibility for your actions and my dear...you hung up on me! Always looking for the easy way out which I find quite negligent.I stand corrected on your professionalism and arrogance.
