Me and my partner were helped by Jane and she was incredibly helpful. She was very accommodating and insightful and helped us picked out things that suited us from a range of options, giving her own input to help us pick the best things for us. I've been shopping at the Chester branch a few times but never felt quite sure I was welcome but this time we felt welcomed, will definitely be shopping here again 10/10

I went in to get my bra measured and was helped by Fran, who was absolutely lovely. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help me choose some other bras as well. Her advice on what styles would work best for me was spot on. I couldn?t recommend her enough!

Extremely friendly and approachable staff. All staff were helpful but Amy in particular was an angel and helped me choose lingerie that fit perfectly. Will definitely return to this store when visiting Chester. Thank you for making this experience a comfortable one!

Outstanding customer service from Fran! The bra fitting service was exceptional, professional and discreet. My daughter and I both used this service for my Son's wedding to ensure our wedding outfits were complimented with the correct style. Fran was super patient and highly knowledgeable. We will certainly be visiting this branch again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Experience at Ann Summers, was visiting the area and decided to pop in for an unplanned bra fitting service (if they offered it) was delighted to find out they did and they helped me to find a bra that suited me and worked with my preferences. Not embarrassing at all, really respectful and went above and beyond to find recommendations for me. Lovely staff!

Jane was amazing at the Chester store. I walked in after losing 3 stone with no idea what size I?d be. I didn?t know where to start, Jane instantly put me at ease and found me a few amazing sets which fit perfectly. Thank you Jane, outstanding service

The staff here are great, very friendly and helpful! A staff member called Meg did my bra fit, she made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout, and she did a great job. The store was very tidy and well presented too.

What a wonderful experience and lovely staff! I went here absolutely clueless of my size and what I was looking for in general, but Fran helped me by going above and beyond!
